Server Ideas - Keep the people online

L2 is very different than other mmorpgs in one big factor , its pve based , not quest based. Most mmorpgs use quests to give good exp because quests send you here and there so they show you the beautiful map , they have good stories in them and they reward good exp , thats in other mmorpgs , here quest is for materials/adena/crafting tools/enchant scrolls , not for exp . what classic did is they created custom quests that gave custom rewards . This is a good system , BUT , classic gives up to D set armor and after that only xp/sp boost.

What i did at classic was kill 30 mobs here and this quest monster here and get the daily reward , fast quests for small reward of 1hour 30% xp, but because we dont have so many people and we need more people playing and not just coming to the epics , i think its best to make big daily quests . 
One example:
Daily 1-19 : Kill 100 monsters around Talking island / elven village / d.e. village / dwarven village / orc village. Reward : 2.000 no grade soulshot + 1.000 spiritshot + 10 soe
Daily 20-29:Kill 500 monsters (example: 500 Maile lizardmen around gludio castle) reward 1000 ssd + 500 bssd + (70% chance 2 ead 30% chance 1 ewd)
Daily 30-39:Kill 1.000 monsters (example:1000 in Plains of the lizardmen) reward 1.500 ssd + 750 bssd + (70% chance 4 ead 30% chance 2 ewd)
Daily 40-45:Kill 1.200 monsters (Aligators in aligator island) reward 3.000 ssc + 1500 bssc + (70% chance 2 eac 30% chance 1 ewc)
Daily 46-51:Kill 1.200 monsters (Death Pass-dragon valley) reward 5.000 ssc + 3.000 bssc + (70% chance 4eac 30% chance 2 ewc)
Daily 52-56:Kill 1.400 monsters (outlaw forest) reward 1.500 ssb + 750bssb + (70% chance 2 eab 30% chance 1 ewb)
Daily 57-61:Kill 1.400 monsters (Forsaken plains) reward 3.000 ssb + 1500 bssb + (70% chance 4 eab 30% chance 2 ewb)|
Daily 62-68:Kill 1.500 monsters (Valley of saints-swamp of screams) 2.000 ssa 1000 bssa + (70% 2 eaa 30% 1 ewa) + 30% chance for +30%xp/sp for 2hours.
Daily 68-75:Kill 1.500 monsters (Wall of Argos) 4.000 ssa 2000 bssa + (70% 4 eaa 30% 2 ewa) + 30% chance for +30%xp/sp for 2hours
Daily 76-80: Now this gets tricky! here we must REWARD and keep the players .. i would say : kill 2.000 monsters and the reward will probably be + 50 legendary fragment , 50% chance 4 eas 25% chance 2 ews 15% chance 1 beas 10% chance 1 BEWS ...

This is Just my idea that makes people get rewarded by staying online 2-3 hours of farming the daily but most of all , we are not classic , we cant have empty exp zones , we HAVE TO make people come together and meet each other and kill each other or whatever and the daily quests that make them farm ONE specific PLACE only makes people of the same exact level go all out in pvp for the farm or come together and create parties.

But anyway , this is just my idea. Thank you!

This is russia. Players coming to play donating Money and after go to another projects to do the same. and its going on round and round in circle every 2-3 months.

Daily quests is the worst thing to have in MMORPG.

Players should have freedom, logging into the game knowing you "HAVE" to do "THAT" thing killing all the interest. 

It's been implemented by lazy dev's w/o imagination to create an illusion of content.

For 2nd class transfer i need to kill about 1k mobs so You want to force players to kill that many mobs day by day for nothing? 
If you want to attract players to serwer you need to be more creative.

1.make bigger quest item drop chanse

2. Turn off Epic china mode and set epic boss retail like.

3. RB's could drop COL's (Units)

4. Make oly jew price like it was before

5. RISE PK REMOVING PRICE 3-6 TIMES

Retail respawn not suitable for specific server. What exactly are you dissatisfied with?

Probably price x4 is too much. We will lower it, but it will be higher than before.

1. its not my idea, clan leader asked to write this.

2.Chinesse act like small p*nis rise eaters, and killing every one who come for fragments, and its maybe 2-3 ppl agains 2-3 partys of chinese, they killed online like this, low levels are not suitible to get fragments because of chinesse.

4. Rise price after everyone already have it. Newbies should farm more than oldiess?

1+ Make 2x exp week for noobs, so they can level up faster, and get level so could kick chinesse vaginas.

Friend just sent me list of his ideas:

Okay this is my idea, how to restore back population to server.
It will boost Economy, so if server will have good economy there will be more players. 

So first would be good to increase quantity of getting quest items x3 for all important quests, example:

Ketra, Varka, Giant's Cave, ToI, FoG, IT, HS (Finest Food) for TTS Jevel Recipes. 
(If Even Ketra/Varka ally is 4-5 lvl it's not easy to get Recipe)
Would be good to Add some daily quest for party members example 3-9 players can practicate, and it should be that all players,
get quest items in same time,( Like in GOD Version, Like a Seed of Anihilation daily quests) so 3-5 type mosnters, 10-20 monster per type.
And Reward could be: Xp/SP/Drop Runes (30mins) Vitality Restoranion Potion, Vitality Maintaining Potion,  
And For Finishing Quest Exp/SP Reward too.

Then for Spoilers increase quantity 1-3 materials at once, or just make 3x. 

Kama/Laba Boost Exp 3x times or More, because right now it's useless and sometimes peoples gathering players about 30 min up to - 1 hour.
And Getting poor Exp afterall.

To All Raid Bosses Add 1 COL(Unit) to Drop list 50% Chance to get.

To Hellbound, add Beleth Raid Boss, But it can be like in Godess Version, 3-6 Parties of Command Channel can practicate raid.
Reward system similar as godess, after raid all peoples gets some amount EXP/SP and 1-2 Reward Boxes. i Offer 2 boxes.
1 Box - Elemental Stones (Random) Another Usefull Etc.
Reward could be like: Gemstones, A/S Blessed Scrolls SoE/Ress/Dynasty Weapons Recipe's 60%(Random Recipe to get) Dynasty Armors Recipes60%,
(Random Armor Recipe) Dynasty Weapons/Armors Parts 1-18(Random Quantity). Vit/EXP Runes/Scrolls, and Beleth Ring. Maybe something More.

To Olympiad Add Dynasty Jewels to Exchange, Like TTS jewel, + Fame/Combat marks like Godess versions, + Resistance/Attack bonuses
Stun/Mental/Bleed/Hold/Paralysis/Earth/Poison/Wind 10-20% but for one jewel only 1 Bonus, And People can't use 2 same type jewels.
Maybe Special Belts Similar like (Lidia/Nurka/Ekimus/Tiat) Godess Versions + 1 special Bonus. PVP/PVE Attak Dmg/Deffence up to 5%.

And max level could be 83 to all peoples. For Dynasty Items use - 80lvl, So it can be like S-80 Items.

Epic Bosses times change a litle bit. just 1 Hour Later could be good for times zones +0/+2 GMT So Queen Ant Could Spawn 17-19/19-21hour,
Baium/Antharas/Valakas/Zaken + 1 Hour later, So will be Middle, Between Before, And Right now.
And Queen Ant must be Returned back to 40 lvl, But With 3-5x More HP, (Because Right now to many players PKing all peoples, and do not
gives a chance to get Blood) And maybe would be good idea Add Special Bottle to Queen Ant(Just for 1 boss to test, how it works)
So as reward, to Juxury Shop Add Queen Ant's Ring to, 3 Fakes to 1 normal. 1,500 Fragmens for 1 fake. And if people want to Exchange
Bottle to - Soul Ring, He must have 1 Bottle, and Reinforced ring(Top). After Change it Can be S80 Ring with better bonuses as normal.

Zaken is 80lvl too, But some persons pking peoples there too, So Can be Added Another Special bottle for Zaken, And another thing.
To players, of 55-65 can be Added Special Instanced Zaken 60 lvl, with Drops same as High5,but need Increase Zaken's Earring Drop to 1-3%
And in H5 it grows soul Crystals 11-12 5% to 1 Random Person. There can grow to All party members with same 5% chance, but instance
Can be done only 2-3 times per week.(One time per Instance) It would be similar as Dimension' Rift Anakazel 68 lvl. 
And Peoples can get : Zaken's Blood, but Minor Box 50-100 fargment's per Box, Like Core, Orfen Raids. 9-18 Peoples for this instance.

Need to add normal Wondrous Cubic quest,for all type Echants it Will boost small a bit Ecenomy aswell. Manor System too.
And After All make wery popular Event, Double Exp/SP for 2 Weeks.
